  • Assisting customers with the integration of Isilon Products into diverse network environments
  • Interfacing with customers via phone, email, and web interface
  • Providing technical support, installation assistance, reproducing customer bug scenarios, and escalating applicable cases to appropriate department (engineering, marketing/sales, operations, etc.)
